Coworking Spaces
The Creative Communities Coworking Hub is located opposite reception at the Albany. Offering a variety of workstation options, including comfy seating, visioning spaces, and the ‘big desk corner, it’s the perfect space to come and work in a social setting.
All work spaces are booked by the day. Select your preferred workstation at the point of booking, subject to availability. This coworking hub offers a free tea and coffee service point and use of a communal fridge.

Resident Offices
We have over 30 private office and storage spaces across two venues in Deptford, hosting a wide variety of organisations. Whether you’re an individual artist, community group, or small business, get in touch and we’d be happy to discuss what we have available.

Albany Café
The Albany Café is a light and airy space. Open to the public, our Café can be used as a welcoming coworking space, an informal meeting space or simply a breakout/lunch space.
We stock all local suppliers – so local that we even use ingredients from our own garden into what we cook! The café opens onto the Albany Garden, with a large patio area with picnic benches, connecting to our own community garden and a large open grass area.
The Garden is a communal space, and perfect for audiences to enjoy a break away from the performance and explore nature.
