Our ad hoc spaces provide you with the option to book a private room for an hour or more.
We have 8 unique and fully accessible spaces available. These include:
- Meeting Rooms (at both the Albany and Deptford Lounge)
- Dance Studio (sprung floor and mirrored wall)
- Music Room (sound-deadened)
- Main Hall (indoor sports hall)
- Rehearsal Studio (blackout space)
- Rooms suitable for movement and music practice

All rooms are booked by the hour and will come as seen, with no technical support available. Spaces will become available one day in advance. Please select your preferred room at the point of booking, subject to availability. By making a booking you are accepting the terms & conditions of use.
Please note that our dance studio, music room, and indoor sports hall at Deptford Lounge are only available after 5pm on weekdays.

How do I book?
You must have an active Creative Communities Membership in order to book the space. Don’t have one yet? Sign up now!
How much does it cost to use this space?
Per hour: £10.00 standard price; £8.00 pay-a-bit-less; £5.50 pay-a-lot-less; £12.00 pay-a-bit-more + Annual Membership.
Where are the spaces located?
We have spaces available at both the Albany and at Deptford Lounge – please ensure you double check the venue when making a booking!
When can I book?
Slots will become available one day in advance, so you can book for the following day or on the day itself (subject to availability).
Need to book a space further in advance or book for a group activity? Get in touch with our Hires Team who can advise on availability & rates. Please note that in this instance our standard hire rates will apply.
How often is space available?
We make our spaces available as much as possible, but will not always have availability for every hour of every day as these are subject to other building activities.
Our current opening hours are 9am to 8pm at the Albany, and 9am to 9pm at Deptford Lounge. Occasionally the buildings will be closed on bank holidays and during our annual Christmas closure period, but we’ll always give you a heads up if this is happening.
