Becky Lees – Head of Programmes

Becky (she/her) joins the Albany team as Head of Programmes, having spent her career working in creative engagement, participation and programming in various arts centres including Stratford Circus Arts Centre and Gulbenkian Arts Centre in Canterbury. She specialises in programming for young audiences and community engagement, as well being experienced in programming comedy, live music, outdoor festivals and theatre. She is very excited to join the Albany team and build on the excellent work the venue is known for, putting its community right at the heart of its programmes.

 

Danielle Marshall – Programme Producer

Danielle (she/her) is a Creative Producer, experienced in participation, engagement and placemaking, and passionate about social change through creativity.

Danielle has delivered programmes for Circulate, a Strategic Touring programme of outdoor work across Outer London, the Albany, and Battersea Arts Centre, where she was Producer: Next Gen, working with Young People and local communities. Most recently Danielle has been in post as Senior Producer at Selina Thompson Ltd, Co-Creative Producer of Balsall Heath’s Living Room, a NLHF funded third space pilot at Moseley Road Baths, and Producer of Creative Participation for Birmingham 2022 Festival.

 

Rógan Graham – Marketing and Communications Manager

Rógan (she/her) is a marketer and writer, from South East London. She started her journey with the Albany when she was a teenager as part of the Sounds Like Chaos theatre group and now rejoins as the Marketing & Communications Manager. She has previously worked as the programme producer for film charity Reclaim The Frame and was a marketing and campaigns assistant at the Barbican Centre. Her freelance work includes film criticism and programming.
