The Albany appoints Mel Wilds as Interim Executive Director

Mel joins the Albany with over 20 years’ experience as the founder and CEO of Continental Drifts, a company specialising in event management and programming for clients including Ecotricity, Glastonbury Festival, Lush Cosmetics and the GLA.

She has produced a wide range of festivals, carnivals and community events and is currently the co-chair of the charity Emergency Exit Arts.

Mel said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at the Albany. It’s a truly iconic venue and an invaluable community resource.”
